Successful completion does not guarantee future performance, nor imply state certification or licensure.

American Safety Training Institute does not represent, warrant or guaranty, either explicitly or implicitly, that its certification will comply with the user's or any third party's requirements or standards. It is the student's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the requirements and standards of any regulatory or licensing body or employer.
4. Limitations
In no event shall American Safety Training Institute or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ASTI’s Internet site, even if American Safety Training Institute or a American Safety Training Institute authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. In the event that American Safety Training Institute certification does not comply with the student's certification requirements (is not acceptable to the student's academic institution, place of employment, licensing board) American Safety Training Institute agrees to issue a full refund provided the following conditions are met:
1. Student submits his/her request for a refund in writing within 30 calendar days of registration.

2. Said request must be accompanied by denying company/institutions name, contact name at company/institution, and a contact number or email address.
3. You must return your certification card(s) with refund request.
4. A brief explanation why certification was not accepted.
The refund of the student's registration fee will be issued by the same method as the original payment was made. Although every effort is made to issue refunds promptly, it may take up to 30 business days for the refund to post to the student's account. If you are dissatisfied with the Material or the website for any reason, then it is your sole and exclusive right to immediately stop accessing and using the Site. American Safety Training Institute "100% Money Back Guaranty" applies only to those individuals whose certification requirements have not been met by American Safety Training Institute certification.
